Location not to good. But not expensive to drive by taxi to center town. Second bed (sofabed) was terrible. Not possible to get a good night sleep

During my stay, I encountered several issues that affected my experience. The carpet was old and had a strong smell, the lights in the bedroom didn’t work, and the phone was out of order, preventing me from contacting the receptionist. The towels were old and smelled bad, the shower head holder was damaged and there were no toiletries provided when I first checked in. At reception, Apolo seemed to be new and lacked knowledge about the hotel, often referring my questions to a more experienced colleague.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Plenty of parking space. Staff were very helpful. Great location; it was only a few minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop to get the number 14 bus straight to the city centre.
