Rooms too tiny Very limited space to store cloths, the room service poor, some days there are no face or hand towels in the room, toilet paper over and need to reminded to bring Breakfast food average. Restaurant people are not trained to accommodate customers / Guest requests

One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!

Decent hotel with comfy rooms. Two major issues: rooms not soundproof and also WiFi in the room was intermittent. Great breakfast and the terrace on second floor is fantastic. Service was decent and staff were helpful and polite
