Per sota de la mitjana Advertised as sleeping 4 persons it was not. The sofa did not pull out there was no bedding for it and there were towels only for 2 people. Very disappointing as we paid much more for our group of 4 people. Would not recommend

Per sota de la mitjana This is listed as a 4-star establishment but I couldn’t disagree more. The room smelled like mildew and it’s no wonder with a leaking sink in the bathroom- we had to pile towels under it every time we used it to catch all the water and when we mentioned it to the front desk they said they already knew about it. There was also no hot water it wasn’t even luke warm. The sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on was horrible- springs pushing into her back everywhere and noisy. The only perk was the location- everything else was a disappointment.

We loved this place. We had a flight delay and they were so kind and communicative making sure we kept our reservation. The location was perfect and quiet. Will absolutely stay here again.

Lovely location and great (if small by other city's standards) rooms. It's London, the rooms are going to be small, but this had ample room to sleep/spend what little time I needed to, without feeling too cramped. The shower had great water pressure and the room even had a second sink as well as a microwave and coffee maker. Staff were great and even helped me book a cab for my return flight home as it was an early departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Super cozy and quiet room in the middle of Covent Garden. Very well appointed. Loved the laundry in room. Very clean. Great experience overall.
