The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a late-night arrival and they made the whole process very easy, gave some good recommendations for food and also transportation options for the next day. The room was very comfortable and overall it was a great experience.

Lo que más me encantó de este hostal fue la ubicación, literalmente en pleno centro de madrid. Segundo el personal muy profesional y atento, la limpieza 10/10 y muy moderno y acogedor. Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a repetir
