The location is amazing! Right in the heart of shinjuku and a 4 min walk from the train station. The room is spacious as well. Daily housekeeping with new towels. And luggage storage.

Easy access to Shinjuku and surrounds, room was spacious and everything worked, massive bathroom with spa bath was great after long days walking, would stay there again

They provided daily housekeeping, changed towels daily but did not change bedding. Walls need to be refurbished or scrubbed. Room just felt too lived in. However location was great surrounded by restaurants, shopping everywhere.

The room was big, and it was located in a good neighborhood in Shinjuku. The room was not in the same building we did our check in but in another one in the same street. We felt very safe, and the 3 beds were clean. TV had Netflix, which was a plus.
