I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It truly is a hidden gem especially in Orlando. The double queen room was very spacious. The room was not only noticeably clean but it smelled clean. The air conditioner put out very cold air. The beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We needed a room for a road trip. The staff was super accommodating and helpfu during check-in. The rooms looked new and updated as well and the location was super convenient. I haven't stayed at a Wyndham before and was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this visit was a huge disappointment! They forced a $10 Wi-Fi charge on me, claiming I had connected to the "premium" network—even though there were absolutely no prompts or options displayed when connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi. We were just here for a vacation; we weren't even at the hotel during the day—we only came back at night to sleep. It’s ridiculous! On top of that, they tried to charge me $15 a night for an extra bed, even though I showed them the price was listed as $10. They’re just making up charges arbitrarily! Do they decide how much to charge based on their mood? In short, I will never stay at this hotel again.
