Absolutely excellent, highly recommend. This is a beautiful resort set in stunning mountains, beautiful views all around. Service was first class from absolutely all staff that work here . I would like to say a special thank you to Shisha at the front desk for being so helpful. Aghishek, Nikita, Vasu, Jitendu thank you all for the amazing first class service , I’ve felt welcomed , everything has been so easy, the room has been cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant staff and cooks also have been to a high standard of food and service I can’t recommend highly enough , I would especially like to thank Varun, Rahul Bhati, Vineet, Rajesh, Rahul, Dinesh, Jochin. Food is amazing with lots of choice for all diets and needs, and very tasty. In the rooms there every toiletry you need , I had packed so many toiletries but did not need to use any as the shampoo, conditioner, body was, body lotion, face wash was all beautiful and natural ingredients ( and I am fussy ). This is a perfect place to retreat , rest, and enjoy the most beautiful surroundings of the mountains in a five star resort with five star service . I look forward to returning.
