Very good location, clean and convnient, helpful staff. Only downside was the room was slightly small and the shower leaked water across the bathroom. Would highly recommend overall - thank you!

This review is specific to my room as the others we had were fine. The air conditioning did not work and there were flies in the room. No shampoo or shower gel either even after repeatedly asking front desk. Location is perfect.

Excellent position close to beach, shops & restaurants. Staff were very helpful and room very clean. We had a balcony which we used each day.

Staff were friendly and helpful, though unfortunately the general upkeep and cleanliness of the property let them down. Room was dusty, visible dust on the coffee maker, kettle etc and still hair in the bathroom.

Great location and parking lot across the street if you have a car, albeit paid. The hotel will validate parking to reduce the price. However, the shower does not have a door and is very open, causing water to nearly flood out into the bathroom floor.

The room was small but the bed, the sheets, pillows and the towels were very very comfy, made us sleep like real babies even if we were in the city center. The shower is small and the water drips everywhere when using it, but everything was clean and worked perfectly.

Close to everything you would need during Cannes festival. 1st night our hot water was not working. So that was Terrible. We switched rooms for another night and it was working.

Thank you to the staff, they resolved 2 issues appropriately and graciously. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, comfy bed (but pillows are too soft), great location and central to everything.

I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made everything feel easy from the moment I arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and a really comfortable place to come back to after a day out.
Breakfast is at a nearby hotel just a short 3-minute walk away, which was no trouble at all—though a bit more variety would have made it even better.
The location is spot on, with everything in Cannes just a short walk away. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.
