The rooms were clean and modern. The bathrooms were nice with a really nice rainfall shower head. The reception staff was always kind, helpful and courteous and the candy they had in the bowl was DELICIOUS!!!
It was a little difficult to find so maybe more signs would help and there is a small flight of stairs you must take before reaching an elevator. The elevator is not always working and only fits 1-2 people at most. The hotel is a good 4 flights up, if the elevator is not working.
The location is right across the street from some delicious restaurants and the metro and subway have an entrance right in front of the building.
That all said, 10/10 stay and would definitely stay there again.

It’s in the best area, right in the centre of Budapest, and there are loads of shops and restaurant options around.
The room was clean, and I was greeting with a lovely welcome of a small bottle of champagne and chocolates. Everything was perfect, including the brilliant and kind staff members, who were very helpful

Room was very dark, lighting insufficient for my partner trying to get ready to go out for the evening and the safe did not work we had to get the staff to lock it with their key. The safe was not even fixed down either. Proximity of the hotel was excellent.

Even though the hotel room has air-conditioner, but we’re told to refrain from using it. Instead should open the window even though the street noise was loud! But the room was nicely decorated, facilities were sufficient.

I only had 2 nights there but it was a safe & convenient place for me to stay & close to where I had to be for my short duration. The room I stayed in was comfortable & very clean. I was the last person to arrive on the day & appreciated the young lady on reception waiting for my arrival to check me into my room
