The staff were fantastic and helped to organise a doctor when we got sick from eating elsewhere. The location was spot on to be in the heart of the medina but down a side alley so quiet. Our tv did not work but WiFi was great even on the roof terrace by the pool. Have already recommended it to friends. A special thank you to the man that chatted to us by the pool each day, I’m sorry I can’t remember your name.

This Riad was amazing - so beautiful, stylish & very Morroccan!! The staff were all very friendly & attentive to our needs. We didn’t want to leave!! - a peaceful oasis just off from the main square we would definitely book here again. 🇲🇦😊

Staff were extremely polite and keen to help in anyway. Location was excellent, just a couple of minutes off main square. Breakfast was fine but fairly limited, although this is typical of Moroccan breakfasts. Room was clean and comfortable with nice powerful double shower. Shower door was a bit tricky to close properly so we did end up with a wet floor first day.

Clean room and all the hotel was kept immaculately. All staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much.

The riad was stunning. Beautiful tile and Moroccan decorations. Super convenient location in the Medina. Easy to get a cab to the airport. Close to lots of food options. Very quiet for being in the Medina. The breakfast was wonderful. They also offer spa services.

Excellent service and extremely Friendly Staff. The location, being right in Medina was nice and easy access to restaurants and lively evening. The rooms are very very tight though. We had a 3 people room, and yet we could barely move in there. There is a central lobby which we were able to use for tea/coffee. The terrace is lovely too. Couple of things to note. For taxi, its a 5-min walk to main road, since vehicles are not allowed in the Medina during the day. There are porters who will carry your luggage for about 100 DH. It would also be nice if the hotel communicated about its exact location, since its really inside a small alley. Overall, great experience!

property unindated no phones in the room to contact reception, beds and pillows to hard uncomfortable. lost wifi for 2 days, also lost electric power supply for 2hours no back up generators in the hotel, bathroom sliding door kept jamming were unable to close completely the door handles were broken, shower sliding doors would not close properly had to rock the doors to shut them .deffinatlty not a 4 star hotel

Our second time staying and lived as much as the first time, lively confortable room, great shower and very friendly staff. If you are staying in the Sulfan suit be prepared to be up at 8am with cleaning lady Dragging chairs upstairs . Time to get up for the delicious breakfast

We spent a week at Riad Wazani and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of our experience. The Riad itself is beautifully designed and ideally located—just a short walk from the iconic Jemaa el-Fna square, with a wide variety of restaurants and cafés conveniently nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming, contributing greatly to the warm and hospitable atmosphere. One of the highlights was the spa massage, which was truly outstanding and comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a moment of indulgent relaxation. Overall, Riad Wazani exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly return and recommend it to others seeking a refined and authentic experience in Marrakech.
