Overall it was a great stay. The only thing that really frustrated me is that I called in advance to have a cupcake in our room when we arrived for my fiancés birthday. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with the hotel to arrange this and they never did it. Other than that I would recommend a the hotel.

My stay was good. It could have been better. This was my five stay, house keeping took longer than expected. Overall the Ocean is nice.

We were very happy with our stay at Ocean. The room was large and airy with great views of the Atlantic. The staff at the desk were professional as well as the bell hop and concierge. The indoor/outdoor pool is great but the lounge area got packed; it was difficult to find a seat. I liked having a 24-hr cafe but we only got the delicious fruit shaped ice cream from there. I also liked the smoothie cafe which offered great snack options. The outdoor areas are nice to hang out. I like that they have security making sure only those with key cards enter the elevator areas up to the rooms. We would definitely come back and stay here. Checking-in was a little time consuming due to long lines but they move fairly quickly. Check-out was all mobile which was very convenient.
