Bed hard, but normal for Asia. Everything clean, staff nice, breakfast good and different everyday. Good location, 10 min. walk to the metro. Many restaurants nearby.

Super helpful staff, easy check in/check out, very very clean and organized! This was a wonderful first place to stay when visiting Japan for the first time. Free breakfast was wonderful as well. They also kept our luggage after check out so we could explore/grab lunch before transferring to our next hotel! Wonderful staff, would definitely recommend staying here.

On corner of wall small dust was remained.
In bathtub and on bathroom wall some hair were stuck.
