Very dated with worn out carpets etc, curtains didn’t reach the full window length so has to use pillows and blankets to have privacy and block light

Broken bed, single sheets on a double bed, broken curtains, no hit water, coffee machine not able to use as no coffee pods, poor service in bar and restaurant. The complete package of a zero star hotel

Rodeo weekend, our room overlooked an internal carpark which became a loud music playing disco until 5am each night. Also disappointed in wotiff for not warning us. $300 a night for a room that you couldn't sleep in at night!
