Perfect accommodation for visit in MITEC. 12 walking distance to MITEC south entrance. The Appartement is well maintained. But the building infrastructure was old and WC and Showroom doesn’t function well. The apartment could stinky during the night.

Overall a nice little place to stay, everything is nice and comfortable. But I find the deposit way too high, and I didn’t get my deposit back on the day I checked out as the cleaner wasn’t available. While I appreciate the effort to pay part of my deposit, this was my least favourite aspect of my stay.
