Pros: Location is good as this is near to all the attractions surrounded by shops and cafe. Staff was good. Cons: The rooms are small, shower area is terribly small without shower door. You cannot take proper shower as the water spills out and anyone could slip. I was not happy with the room and hotel in appearance as it looked old. Price of hotel was the most expensive I paid for 4 nights but the rooms and shower comparatively as not like a 4 Star hotel.

We had a room on the 14th floor and the views were fantastic. The amenities in the room were great - coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, bathrobes, etc. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the metro station is a bit far. We managed to travel everywhere by buses as there is a stop right outside the hotel. We did not have the breakfast as we prefer a light nibble and just behind the hotel is a cafe called Cafe Blatt which serves excellent food. The staff was very friendly especially Stefano and Laura (who recommended Cafe Blatt to us).
