Impresionante la gestión de este Hotel. Por mi trabajo de diseñar experiencias y clientes, cuando soy cliente yo, tiendo a hacer crítico. Realmente no hay nada que les pueda criticar a este Hotel. El staff fue maravilloso, las habitaciones, con vistas a Barcelona, el desayuno, increíble y se nota muchísimo el trabajo de toda la gente que está detrás de escena, tanto en la preparación del desayuno (muy bien Charo y excelentes tortillas Carlos!) Como tantas personas que trabajaron para la limpieza, el mantenimiento y todo lo que generalmente no se habla cuando sale bien. Felicitaciones y gracias!

Wonderful stay!!! very nice and helpful staff, extraordinary breakfast with several options. Around the place many restaurant options at walkable distance. Would choose again for sure when in Barcelona

Overall god hotel to stay at but I would avoid if you need parking. Overnight parking is about 800m walk. Not too much amenities in the hotel but the location is great. Staff and overall service are great. Also good for family - thank you for the good work

Rooms were large and clean and air conditioning made the room Very comfortable. Hotel is in a very walkable location with lots of shopping nearby

Large rooms, Family room was excellent for family of four. Shower was fantastic. So much water and pressure. Great after a long day walking/ touring Barcelona

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to the top floor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel provided plenty of thoughtful amenities, including a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, and other essentials, which were a nice touch. The staff were consistently friendly throughout our stay. When we checked out, they kindly stored our luggage for us while we explored the city, and even gave us a complimentary biscuit before we left, which was a lovely gesture. The only slight downside is that the hotel is a little further from Barcelona's main attractions, so be prepared for a bit of walking (we easily did over 20,000 steps a day!). That said, we knew the location beforehand, and it wasn't enough to take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome.
