ご飯🍚🍚🍚🍚は、夕食も朝食もとても美味しいかったです！ ただ、値段もお安いのですが、スタッフが足りなく、サービスが全くないのです？ あらかじめ伝えていただければ、問題ないのですが、伝わってないので、到着ので迎えもなく、出発もただ帰るだけでした。

子供や家族が楽しめるようにお祭りコーナーやだまし絵展示、夜食サービスなどがありました。広い施設を活用してあります。ただ、建物が古くなっている感じはありましたが、スタッフは丁寧で心地よかったです。虫対応でガムテープが置いてあるのは…アメニティは豊富で貸し出しも様々あってよかったです。

宿自体は良かったのですが、スキーの国体開催と重なっていた為、駐車場がどこも満車で停めるのに苦労しました。ホテル側から事前のアナウンスが欲しかったです。もしくは国体関係者と一般宿泊者を分けた駐車場管理をして欲しかったです。 温泉の露天風呂はもっと温度を上げてもらいたかったです。雪深く風も強かったので、入っていても温まる感じがしなかったです。 2024年度の全国の泊まりたい宿で3位との事みたいですが、どのあたりが3位？かが分りません。 部屋の電気ポットも水が少し入っていた状態でした。 ホテル全体的にも古く壁や床も経年劣化している状態でした。
