We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful. Shout out to the Director of Housekeeping who brought us extra robes at the hotel pool. It's the extra care that makes a difference.

We had a rough experience at the Esme. Our room was filthy. I walked around and my feet were dirty just from getting settled in. When I went to speak with the staff, they were not helpful at all. I tried to see if we could switch rooms and then finally just said I was going to need to switch hotels. They wouldn't help with any sort of refund or anything. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

Everything in stay great... location and area attractions. Was a little disappointed that the front desk or housekeeping didn't deliver my platinum benefit (bottle of wine) even after bringing to their attention. Not sure what happened. Otherwise all good

Small but very well appointed rooms. Unfortunately I had a room right by the pool area which was very noisy with people and music and a window that wouldn't close and neighbours across the hall that were very noisy for a couple of hours at 2 am so not a great personal experience - i was happy to leave. Great location close to beach and restaurants and bars and shopping. Highly recommend for these reasons.

The Esme is one of my favorite hotels in Miami. It’s the second year in a row I choose them for my birthday, and they never disappoint. The rooftop looks great, the restaurants are all excellent and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They make me feel like I’m at home.

My experience was very disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful with every request, creating an unwelcoming environment. Because of this, I will not be staying here again.
