Hotel was right across the Otsuka train station and provided easy access to other parts of Tokyo. Taxis were also easily avail. A shopping center next to the train station offered good food selections.

Great location and staff. Royal Host is just beneath this hotel (which is a cut above Bikkuri Donkey)! There's a very popular onigiri place a block away; just prepare for long line. You can watch the trams pass by in their breakfast area while eating, which Otsuka is the only city that has such a transit system in Tokyo. The cons are the plumbing gives off a slight sewage smell (not too bad for the price you pay) and the laundry room smelled very funny. For laundry, I went to Baluko Laundry Place instead. Will consider staying there again if I were to do another solo trip.
