The buffet breakfast is enjoyable, especially if you’re looking to experience a typical Filipino breakfast. While the selection isn’t extensive, the dishes are flavorful and satisfying—perfect for a budget-friendly stay. The location is very convenient, with a mall just across the street offering a wide range of dining and shopping options, which adds great value to the overall experience. The staff were accommodating and pleasant throughout the stay, which made a positive impression. The room itself is quite spacious, and the air conditioning works well, keeping it comfortable. The bed is generously sized for one person and still manageable for two. There are a few areas for improvement, particularly in room cleanliness. The shower area floor can be a bit slippery, so extra care is needed. On the plus side, the water heater functions properly and provides consistent hot water. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a budget hotel, especially considering the good location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Son was in town at the same time and we were able to add an additional bed for about $15 a night to the room which was very helpful. Breakfast buffets was good but neg. To much bad oils in omelette preparation. Other than that a great stay in what is a little older hotel. There is a mall right across the street with stores and restaurants. Also a very good hospital in walking distance.

Sliding glass door would not close. Towels were dingy and had stains on them. Bath mat was very dirty. We have stayed at your hotel for the past 3 years and have to say it's going downhill rapidly. Breakfast selection was not so great. Coffee was very bitter. What happened to the coffee dispenser you have had in the past? Bellboy was very helpful.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel is well located for travelers who want all ammenities every thing is close by and the restaurant has good food i would definately recommend staying here

The staff was good. But their bathroom needs renovation. The tiles you can see the black grout coming out and the white grout almost detached from the tiles. Bathroom towels are dirty dirty white, needs replacement. The only thing good in this hotel is near the parkmall and walking distance. Breakfast is not so inviting. They should change the cook. Food is terrible.
