Best hotel in the area and the rates are also one of the highest. Western standard rooms and facilities. The breakfasts are also high end.

Room is clean , staff is helpful , but it is located in a remote area not even Taoyuan or Taipei city . There is a mall next to the hotel and you should be able to find restaurant there , but no Starbucks which u will be easily find in Taipei city

Excellent stay for a base near the HSR and the airport. Large rooms, a stone throw from the Gloria Premium Outlets and easy access to the HSR metro and train station. Connected walkway to the HSR metro provided it’s within the operating hours of the outlet and the connected mall - opens 11am till late. They have a shuttle service from the HSR but it’s not well advertised. Would have been useful if it was communicated or written in the details of the booking. Quiet and convenient. Food court and restaurants in connected mall and of course retail and F&B outlets in the Premium Outlets.
