受付が態度悪い。
館内ルールの説明が出来ない上、仏頂面。
横で見ているのにフォローしない先輩らしき受付スタッフ。レベル低。
さらに、夕食開始時間が17時か20時しか選べないという。それは極端すぎないないか？というと渋々18時半でもいいと言い始める。
15時ちょうどにチェックインしてるのに、なんで18時半の枠を締め切ってるのか不明。どんなオペレーション？
やりとりを見て見ぬふりの支配人。
キャンセルして帰ろうかと思う不快レベル。
正月、一泊1人5万円超える料金をとりながら、
部屋にお茶菓子の用意もない。
部屋、館内カビ臭い。
ただ、受付以外のスタッフはみなさん丁寧で好感持てた。
チェックアウト時、受付に領収書発行をお願いすると30分待たされた挙句、発行できないと言われる。支配人、またも横で見てみぬふり。

建物は古いですが、清潔でした。
3人で泊まりましたがお部屋がとても広くて快適でした。
お風呂が、浴場に行くまで歩くので、濡れた足で歩くのが少し怖かったり、特に露天風呂は大浴場と別場所にあるのですが、なかなかの岩場で足元が怖かったです。
日がくれてから行かない方がいいです（笑）
お食事はビュッフェで、種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。
従業員のかたはどのセクションの方もとても感じが良かったです。

最上階で海が目の前に見えた事、部屋が新しくて清潔で気持ちよく利用できた事、食事のバイキングが種類が多くて良かった。
露天風呂までが外を歩かなきゃならないのが少し残念でした。
１人追加になった事にもすぐ対応してくれて良かった。

Booked an oceanview room. Check in girl that served me was unfriendly but all the other staff were good. The view of the ocean was obscured by a tree and was on the first floor so very disappointed. I asked for a higher floor to get the view but same check in girl was unhelpful. Said nothing available without even looking at her computer. Maybe she doesn’t like Westerners. Otherwise it’s a nice place and the buffets were excellent.

The room bath smells mold and breach so we couldn’t use it. There was a newer building but our building is old and the staff were always want us to keep the time that we didn’t feel comfortable.

Big Hotel caters to local travelers. The rooms are Japanese style, buffet serves Japanese food. Nice baths, easy to find and they give you the ride to the train station on demand. Try it for a night.
