Fantàstic
We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.

Beware of additional fees such as electricity surcharge !!! Finally got a refund for it but the whole experience was impacted by this unfair practice.. During our stay , three of the sauna also did not work !

Solo traveller - I did I feel I was ushered through / less prioritised as a solid traveller seaport having payed a lot. Breakfast I was placed on busy isle / less nice spaces so actually had to request last day to move as it wasn’t okay. Bar staff friendly. Clean and good spa areas.
