Room was good condition, however, not many outlets. Disappointed the buffet restaurant was closed and the food court was only open Friday through Sunday. Not many options for dining.

It was my first time to change my hotel for my last trip and thankful for the warm welcome and hospitality of the hotel management, supervisors and staff. Room was clean with great amenities and nice view. There were free welcome drinks, chocolates and personalized note from the Front Desk Manager. I enjoyed my stay at Sands. Looking forward to my next stay.

大変快適に過ごせました。特に接客がフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。アーリーチェックイン/レイトチェックアウトを提案頂いたほか、フルーツやスイーツをくださったり、お勧めの観光ルートの提案や小銭の両替まで対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。ホテルでこんな厚遇を受けたのは初めてです。マカオ観光がとても良い思い出になりました。Andyさん、Beckyさんありがとうございました！ I had a very comfortable stay. The service was especially friendly and wonderful. They offered early check-in/late check-out, and also gave me fruits and sweets, suggested nice sightseeing routes, and even helped me exchange coins, which I really appreciated. It was the first time I've been treated so well at a hotel. My trip to Macau has become a wonderful memory. Thank you Andy and Becky!
