The location was perfect—close to major attractions, charming cafés, and convenient public transportation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a true Parisian feel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and local specialties. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—central yet quiet, making it perfect for exploring Paris and relaxing afterward. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable, modern, and exceptionally clean. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee machine and soft drinks in the room, which were a nice extra touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time right before the first heat rave in Paris in May this year, and our air conditioning broke the entire stay. The hotel was full so we couldn’t get a room change. We got a fan and that was about it. The front desk staff said we would be refunded partially within three days after we checked out, and at first I was very skeptical about it. Ended up as promised, three days after we left, I received a notification from Expedia that there is a refund being processed, and the amount was more than what was promised. Although it was not the most comfortable stay this time, but since the hotel management’s attitude towards customer service is truthful and genuine, I will definitely stay there again in the future. Plus, you can’t beat the hotel’s location being right near the Japan town!

Loved everything about this Parisian Gem! It was in an amazing location, the rooms were well appointed and so French. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and I just absolutely loved having an experience that felt so authentic! I would definitely be going back to stay there again.

The only problem with this property is that Wi-Fi; it did not work and for the entire stay we were there (4 nights and 5 days), the property did not bother to fix it. Not sure this is a France problem, but having to rely on your roaming while traveling international country, it was problematic. If you have to work while traveling, avoid this hotel--I believe some other traveler had the similar review.

Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. USB plugs, espresso maker, water, soda, chips and a little welcome half bottle of wine. LIved the pool and steam room. I did not take advantage of breakfast but peeked into the room and it smelled and looked good. Well situated for me. I walker everywhere. Also got last minute reservation when my then current travel mate did not work out. Bathroom and shower clean modern good water. I would go back again
