Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

Fantàstic Great location if using bus or BART. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was really friendly, and the buffet breakfast and happy hour was a bonus.
