Fantàstic Tidy and comfortable accommodation.
Stayed during winter and there was plenty of warm bedding and a heater available.
Easy check in and check out and friendly staff.
If I was being picky the window latches were worn so a bit difficult to close, and the body wash had run out in the shower of the ensuite bathroom, but nothing that detracted from an otherwise great stay.

Nice place to stay, close to the park. Bathrooms could have been cleaner as well as the communal kitchen. For the price would stay again

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we couldn’t find stuff. It was very close to the city centre, we could walk to most places. Lots of help amenities which came in handy. Would come again and highly recommend

Staff was kind, room was comfortable with well behaved roommate who was silent through the night. Kitchen clean. No restrictions of kitchen hour usage. I loved the stay

Good location, but staff support was not good. 0% care for customers and 0% kindness.
Room was clean overall, just some mold in the bathroom ceiling.
