汚い掃除を全くしていない。ロビーはホコリだらけ、エレベーター横にコンビニ袋のゴミが5日経ってもそのまま。外国人従業員の対応は良いが日本人スタッフのサービス、礼儀は最低レベル。

デラックスルームであの汚さと臭さはあり得ない 館内施設が21時で終了もあり得ない 受付スタッフの態度も親切見に欠ける 二度と利用したくない施設でした。

Make sure that you use their Onsen. This location is a bit outdated. Overall a nice stay.

While set in the countryside, the hotel was in a lovely setting and their shuttle bus took us to the station when we needed it. The hotel is not new, and it shows in the general well-used feeling of the place. The buffet was OK - nothing to write home about. The ofuro was quite small, but very clean. The swimming pools, sauna and steam room were great and actually we felt were more relaxing than the ofuro.
