A large hotel that’s well located, right near shopping centres. There is a nice, large pool area but it gets very busy. The rooms are spacious but not the cleanest. Breakfast was chaotic but there were a lot of good options available.

The staff are all super friendly and very helpful, the breakfast team were really great as long as the room cleaners brilliant service from all. The room was large and could do with more furniture. We had a problem with our room fridge and it was replaced very quickly. The thing which gives my rating as okay was being based in the North Tower it is a long walk with lift changes a skywalk and being on the 32nd floor a trek after a tiring day

The convenient location. Room was very nice and had a great view. Issue was the guests next door had children that ran around the hallways playing until 11 pm screaming and yelling. Called hotel staff several times and they did not get them to stop. Never offered any assistance to control the noise and sadly ruined my stay.

This hotel was the most disappointing out of all three that we stayed at. The pool had in excess of 20 children at any one time, some bombing in the pool, some in nappies and others throwing balls. You could not relax in this space. We paid for additional buffet breakfast on arrival and had to cancel the last morning a couple of days out. A refund was refused despite 48 hours notice. Finally, we never had fresh towels supplied to our room for the entirety of our stay. Definitely better hotels than this one.

• The Berkey Hotel Pratunam is a 100% smoke-free property. This policy applies to all guest rooms and common areas to ensure a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment for all our guests. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available for those who wish to smoke.

• A security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

• Infant age between 0 - 4 years old will receive complimentary stay when sharing the existing bed with parents inclusive of breakfast when book room with breakfast basis.

• Children aged 0–11 years stay free when sharing an existing bed, However, breakfast will be charged at 250 THB per child for 5-11 years old child upon check-in directly with hotel. Please note that 250 THB child breakfast is not included in the booking price.
