Great place, bungalows awesome. Clean property and pool guy great! Chairs and umbrellas on beach great, private . Bar/restraint would be great but great but close to all if needed.

Fantàstic Great resort. Central to everything in Lamai. On the beach plus there is also a small pool. Superior rooms are excellent. Staff awesome. Tookta on reception was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Ill be back.

Rooms were okay in the need of an update but did the job . pool and beach area was lovely , had our own private beach to the hotel.

Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings. The staff are very warm and friendly. Be aware the reception is only covered from 8am until 5pm. So any issues outside these times need to wait until the next day.

Fantàstic Easy access to the beach and pool area, shops, bars and eating out. Very peaceful and tranquil. Staff very helpful and friendly.Security make the resort feel safe. Would recommend unreservedly.

Per sota de la mitjana I have stayed in Lamai four times and this was the worst hotel thus far. Rooms not maintained. Air conditioner barely worked. Bed had old mattress which needs to be replaced. Advertised 'free' wifi useless. Basically, the owners do not invest on the rooms. Instead, hotel spends money on a new bar by the beach and a pool that is not maintained. Couldn't use the first week of our stay. Full of algae. In addition, Expedia price more than what the hotel actually charges.

Genial The rooms are wide and clean and staff very nice
But on the beach there are few chairs so you found all occupied at 8 am , and they are of wood old stile and look to be old .

The hotel has a nice beach, well located at lamai beach. The rooms (we had a bungalow) was good. However in the hotel description they write to have a pool, BUT THERE IS NO POOL. Further, they also write to have room service available, BUT HAVING NO PHONE IN THE BUNGALOW MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO ENJOY ROOM SERVICE.. This a bit unfair to me...
