We were welcomed as we went through the front door from a lovely lady who was very helpful and showed us around. The room was nice and clean and had a variety of tea and coffee for us to help ourselves. The toilet was nice and clean and had fresh towels and soap to use. The bed was comfy. We didn’t get breakfast but did get an offer if we wanted it. We couldn’t fault this place and would defo recommend.

Fantàstic This hotel was excellent! The staff were professional and friendly. I stayed twice!
I was able to leave my luggage. When I returned they had given me the same room I previously had and my luggage was already in the room.
I was only able to make breakfast once but it was very good!
I would definitely book this hotel again!

We have had a wonderful stay at Number 11.
The staff have been excellent going above to ensure we have had a great stay.
Our room was excellent number 15.
Really really good. Very clean, comfy bed, great amenities.
Lovely garden to chill in. Great cocktails.
Fantastic breakfast and wonderful evening meal.
Very handy for tram.
We have had a fantastic 2 nights stay.

Large clean room on top floor. It was stuffy so they brought us a large fan. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was Amazing! Especially Deepak and Monica!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and very cosy. It was great to have a radiator that we could turn on and off as we got drenched in an Easter snow storm! Would definitely stay here again

Overall stay was good. The room was clean and staff was alright. Although the building is old, multiple things in room were already broken and floor was uneven.
