Bé The room was small. The bed sheet on one of the beds had a mark. The electricity went out when we got there. Hot room not much ventilation. No bar or restaurant facilities. Not worth the money we paid.

Room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. However the bed was very small! Not big enough for two adults! The area was lovely and quiet and we walked most places!

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y no se advierte eso al momento de la reserva, la temperatura estaba alrededor de 35 grados centígrados en Londres, las noches fueron un infierno, el baño extremadamente pequeño.

No air conditioning as it was in the 30+ degree range. Just an oscillating fan. Basement units were noisy.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful. Lots of places close by to eat at. Tesco for grocery items less then 10 minutes away. Victoria station is about 10 minutes away.
