The room was clean and the air conditioning was amazing!! Staff was great, very helpful. The only thing I would say about the room was that it was pretty small…. Me and my friend barely could fit both of our suitcases plus us in the room, so it just made getting ready, etc. a bit tricky but overall great stay!
Also their elevator wasn’t working and being on the fourth floor in an air cast was a bit challenging, but the staff helped carry my luggage up for me!

Very clean, staff were helpful and very friendly. Only downsides were that the air con was out of action and the bathroom was tiny. However, for central London, the room was comfortable and the shower was powerful 👌

Fantàstic The rooms are super small but that was expected based off of other reviews I read before booking. The first room I had was facing the street and the noise level going well into the early morning hours was unbearable so that I couldn't sleep, but the friendly hotel staff kindly moved me to a much quieter room upon my request, fixing that issue. Everything else was perfect - very clean room with nice amenities. A well run hotel that I'd definitely stay at again, just ask for a room that's not on the street side.

We were not given the room we reserved and instead forced to stay in their smallest lower level room with no AC during the hottest week in June. Having booked the room several months in advance, I was deeply disappointed. The staff switched our room to one with AC for our second night. The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture and staff is friendly but will never risk staying there again or recommend unless they refurbish all the rooms to have an AC.

Excellent central location, but nevertheless the rooms are quiet, if extremely small. When I arrived, I was told that the aircon in the room allocated to me was not working, and that they would provide me with a fan. On the hottest day of the year so far this was unacceptable. I asked for a room with air con and was duly found one, with the receptionist proving helpful. However, I feel that I shouldn't have had to ask; it should have been sorted before I arrived
