Jr Kyushu Nagasaki is super easy to find and access. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff, the room was clean and spacious enough. I had a car and was able to park till 13:00 the following day for ¥2200 extra. I paid for breakfast to be included, it was great but we could have gone without it. Direct access to Amu plaza that offers shops and restaurants right there! So convenient. Overall great stay and would book here again.

Great location right next to the train station l, shops and a short walk to the tram stop. Very clean and well maintained. Walls may have been a bit thin because we could hear our neighbours banging around next to us and walking above us. Staff are great and especially thank you to the young male staff member who was extremely helpful when there was a bit of confusion with the parking.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dinning and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend trying the hotel breakfast-you won’t be disappointed.

Business type hotel close to the train station. Entrance was hard to find and Google Maps was wrong. We had to ask at the tourist office in the train station to find it. You go out of the station toward the shopping center Amu Plaza, walk down the plaza and take a right and hook around the building, and go up an escalator from the plaza on the left side to the second floor of the shopping center. Three is a silver sign in the wall on the second floor but this is not obvious and of course it is in Japanese. Once you find the hotel though it is fine. The breakfast in the Umaya restaurant on the fifth floor is very good, with a choice of Japanese (fish) or Western (sausage.) The fifth floor also has a variety of other restaurants open for dinner which were very good. The tram stops in front of the plaza. Go up the walkway to the tram stop.

The location is quiet yet perfectly located for local exploring by train bus and tram. Breakfast is real japanese if you choose that option.
