Great hotel with a 5 star ambiance. Very welcoming front desk area with fireplace and sofas. Breakfast area is spacious with large tables. Breakfast was typical to to what I expected from budget friendly hotels. My room was very spacious with large clean and well maintained bathroom.
I will definitely come back next time I come to LA.

This is a wonderful place to stay centrally located. The swimming pool is amazing and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is always so yummy.

Overall the room was beautiful, vaulted ceiling huge bathtub! The fridge was small and didn't work well..and we unfortunately found a dead roach in the bathroom..it dropped out of one of the towels.. good thing I don't scare easily..and a hair in the toilet too, but compared to the roach.. I'll take the hair... staff was nice. Quick check in and out..I didn't complain about my room..we were beat after a long day of travel.

When I checked out everything was fine. The woman at the front desk said it was ok and that there would be no problem getting my deposit back. About an hour or two after I checked out I got a phone call from the hotel telling me that I left things on the room, which I did not do. I thought the lady was crazy. She asked me if I had an animal in the room and I said no. And she insisted that I did and insisted that I should have paid extra for the animal
I said why? Is there any damage to the room? And she said no. And I said well I don't know what you are talking about.
2.days.later ..... I see they tried to charge me extra money.3 times . I'm pissed. Gonna call them and find out what the deal is.

Another great stay here for 3 nights. Staff were exceptional once again.
Breakfast is very good.
Swimming pool was awesome.
Appreciate happy hour as well.
Will definitely stay again if on business in the area.

The room was very clean and the AC was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the hot breakfast in the morning. The potatoes are delicious!
