A well established property in a developed area with much conveniences. All service staff are well trained and provided excellent service. The food quality and choices are very. The pool is good, but the beach furniture is a bit tired. Overall, a very reasonable getaway, (except for the overwhelming presence of the escaping crowd from that Eastern European country, which the property can not help).

My stay at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket was truly memorable. One of the standout highlights was the breakfast—absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made every morning feel special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a genuine sense of hospitality that elevated the entire experience. What really sets this hotel apart, though, are the grounds. They are simply unforgettable—beautifully maintained, serene, and perfect for relaxing walks or just soaking in the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a wonderful destination that combines comfort, charm, and exceptional service.

Having come from a cheap beachside bungalow on Koh Lanta, this felt heavenly. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the bedding was so comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and I thought the beach was lovely too. A useful shop 5 mins walk away too

We like the hotel and the restaurant at the beach a lot but we were there to play tennis. And one tennis court is half! This was not good at all. If you would fix that tennis court it would be perfect and we will come back many times. The location of the tennis courts was great and there was a roof and shade with tables. Everything except the tennis court was half, cut off. And it was very disappointing for us!
