Fantàstic
Amazing hotel!!! Super clean and very safe area. The staff was super helpful and kind and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Valet was amazing and friendly. We LOVED it here and will be back when in Boston again. Great location for events at TD Garden! Literally out the door take a right cross the street and BAM you are there!!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

The front desk staff was awesome. Both ladies were so helpful in helping us figure out the train and where to go kill some time. This will be my go to hotel if ever back in Boston.

It was so clean, staff was so nice. We stayed for the night for a concert. It is so close to the garden. Extremely convenient. It does only have valet parking but in Boston what can ya expect. Definitely will stay there again

This was a great place to stay! The location was fantastic, the staff was so delightful and the rooms were spacious, and felt updated and welcoming. We have already booked our next stay for 2 weeks from now!

Stay was lovely and the staff were welcoming, warm, and helpful. Great location and easy walking to lots of bars, restaurants, and downtown attractions. We had two dogs with us and the staff were very welcoming to them. The rooms are cozy and the bathroom is a great size. I saw several negative reviews of this place but we had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again.
