This hotel was everything we would expect a good hotel to be. It was clean, friendly helpful staff, beautiful well appointed rooms and restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel with thoughtful amenities and service. Location is 25m walk from the main square and is full of coffee shops and restaurants. Good internet and breakfast too.

Stayed here the previous year so clearly we rated the hotel highly however our experience this time was not as good. We experienced a number of issues including: it may have been coincidental but each time we went for coffee the machine was either empty or broken, we did get coffee in the dining room but it meant the queues were long. Second issue was that one evening the lift wasn’t working and our third issue was our tv stopped working, after standing in a long queue to report it, we were told it would be fixed the next day, it wasn’t and it actually took two further times to report before it wasn’t fixed - 3 days later. I accept these are small issues but for the price we expected more, also should add that our safe didn’t work on arrival either!

Wonderful hotel in a fabulous part of Krakow. The staff were so helpful with recommendations for dinner and drinks out and about. Rooms were great, comfortable and looked lovely too!

Quiet location, very close to Jewish quarter, less touristy compared to old town area but only 20 minutes of walk to old town. The sauna and steam room are both very clean and nice, I went in the evening, around 8pm, and it wasn't busy at all. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable.
