Despite the property's age, it has been beautifully maintained. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well kept, and stocked with high quality amenities. Additionally, the staff is well trained and incredibly friendly.

My first time in One World and I love it. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly, especially Tina who went the extra mile to assist me. She deserves a grand mention by One World. I will stay here again if I am in PJ.

Fantàstic
This was my second time. I love the service. Specially breakfast. We can get around the world food. Make fresh by chef. Very clean and fancy lobby. Room are big enough for international travelers. I lived alone and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Peaceful. Next to mall is my favorite. Staff makes me feel like I am home.
