I have stayed multiple times here. Usually very good. This time the shower would not stay in place as it has been installed incorrectly. I told reception and they assured me that they will amend the situation, but did NOT. I will not stay here any more. Comfy bed, nice hotel.

Excellent location, easy walking to restaurants in Lonsdale Street. Rooftop bar. Pool and gym attached to the hotel.

Good little hotel, not much around it- fair distance to Brandon shops /so be papered to walk. Roof top bar is nice although limiting when it comes to menu choice

Good hotel stay with easy access to the city and places of interest. Many options to eat out nearby. Parking is a bit hit and miss though. Alternate parking is available on street or nearby.

Allotjat amb amics

Room was clean. Staff I think were overwhelmed with two weddings that weekend. Gym smelt damp,but great facilities. Pool unfortunately was not accessible for everyone. The pool needs a rail on the steps for all to access. We did raise access prior to the visit and during the visit. The mobility chair has also not been working for months now as my friend has stayed there multiple times. Overall nice weekend and would stay again.
