Breakfast was not good. room was very basic with no hairdryer, kettle etc. shower was rusty. had to request towels for bathroom as none were left after cleaning. and it took them ages to replace them. Staff at reception were not helpful at all. The lady at the tourist desk was very pleasant and helpful. She helped to make things better for us. Would not return to this hotel or recommend it.

The room had what we needed for the 1 night's stay, and reception was friendly, but a big Caution... the balcony door latched behind us when we went out on the balcony and we were trapped outside for about a minute until we were able to kick it open, thankfully.

The shopping mall is 5 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. It’s quiet if your room is facing the pool.

Not a 4 star it is more like a 2 star. Poorly cleaned and looked after. Air con did not work, swapped rooms and also did not work. Checked out after 2 days and found altrrnative accommodation.
