あいにくの雨で、スキー場からの帰り、次の宿まで徒歩で向かっていたところ、後ろから何度も声をかけてくださって、送迎車にて送っていただきました！傘も持参していなく、荷物も多かったので、とても助かりました！

Hotel staff was helpful in recommending sights and eats. Room was clean and parking was easy/plentiful. Breakfast was very good!

Staff are phenomenal. Unfortunately the room was not worth the money. Extremely stained carpet, wallpaper coming loose, toilet not working properly, old dated and not very inviting. The same goes for the onsen area. There is no laundry service either and it does smell smokey.
The location is great, only 7min walk from bus terminal, right opposite of ski lifts and again the staff are phenomenal.

Fantàstic Awesome friendly staff, I enjoyed the hot springs and hiking at the top of the ropeway. Taxi dropped me at the wrong hotel and someone came right away to pick me up. They went out of their way to have a staff member that spoke English there when I checked in.
