The hotel is big and easy to find due its unique shape and signage. Room was clean but simple. Black out curtains were helpful. Free breakfast was nice but not our. breakfast style ( Japanese only). Free coffee was good- nice machines. Staff were very helpful when we asked for English instructions on how to operate AC. Hotel seemed at low occupancy.

A very good hotel if you plan to stay in Iga ... kind of wish we would have stayed a few days instead of just 1. The room was large and nice. Will visit again in the future.

Genial 予約日が明日ですとフロントで言われました。そして、部屋を急きょ用意したと言われたので、パソコンに送られていた予約メールで確認したところ間違いはなかったのですが・・・なぜでしょうか？他の対応は良かったと思います。

立地はとても良いです。上野城や忍者屋敷にも近くファミレスやコンビニもあり便利。ただチェックアウト時に中国の団体と重なるとうるさく、座る椅子にも事欠きます。

Bé 忍者好きのおっきなスーツケース抱えた外国人観光客団体が大型バスで大挙してやってきてチェックインのたびに太鼓を鳴らしてやかましい。外国人対応に手一杯で日本人個人客への対応まで手が回らない感じ。夕食の鍋の火がすぐ消える生煮えの伊賀牛。通常シングルの客室に無理やりベット2台押し込んでいて狭苦しく、浴室のカビやトイレのレバーの故障なども目立ち、正直また利用したいとは思わないレベル。

Genial 中心部からは少し離れている点ではマイナスですが、大浴場があるのはプラス評価ですし、浴衣のサイズ変更にも快く対応いただけました。

部屋の設備は全体的に古い。
