Stained and dirty carpets. Dusty windows and curtains. I asked for a different room in the first day , but the staff was rude and didn’t give one. The key card reader was not working and the manager was saying that was our problem , but even he couldn’t open with the master key, and finally he has to open the room with a screw driver. All the doors from outside entry were wide open. No key card needed to enter the hotel even in the midnight. No security at all . Broken elevator buttons .
I will Never choose Choice group hotels in the future..

The property needs to be remodeled. The hotel was dirty on the outside and inside. There's a large homeless population living in the hotel also.

My stay in comfort inn and suites Sugar Land, Houston, Texas was truly wonderful.It’s the perfect mix of comfort, culture, and modern living. I would gladly visit again.

Cockroaches, building under construction.
Dirty pool, bad area,!gang activity, homeless etc. breakfast was terrible. Don’t recommend staying here. Sheets were itchy. No security. Anybody could just come in without having any room booked.

Custer service was poor. Dirty towel was left in the shower from whoever had the room prior to me getting it. Killed a bug that was crawling on the wall. Probably won’t be back to this one anymore

Every time I come here I always get good customer service, the breakfast mmm yummy & im never disappointed with my room, & the staff so helpful & the housekeeping too im definitely coming here again!!🙂↕️🙂↕️
