bookede værelse havde defekter - måtte flytte til lavere kategori (uden altan) - og uden refund. Altpå hotellet var ekstremt slidt og gammelt. Morgenmads buffet var som 2 stjernet hotel. Billeder på hotels.com var 90 % misvisende!

Erawan has a uniquely super friendly staff from reception upto their manager. The rooms are clean and smells good. Bathroom works well. They even gave me lots of gifts before I left like tea, water and coconut water.
