Fantàstic
We stayed here after hiking Mt.Fuji. Best decision ever. They have private spa rooms of different styles to soak in. Very deserving after a long hike. Hotel is also very clean and offers lots of snacks and other benefits

This was an amazing property. If I had more time in Japan I would have stayed here longer. The rooms all have a deep jacuzzi tub with mt. Fuji views. There is a public onsen for guests downstairs and private booth onsens as well.

What a view. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Communication via email and messaging was quick and efficient. Breakfast was excellent as well as Dinner. The only blot was the view from the kitchen area, the window on the outside was dirty and covered in cobwebs. Apart from that, would recommend and wish I could have stayed longer. The private onsens were gorgeous and clean. The indoor clothing provided was a nice touch and could be worn anywhere inside the hotel including dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with great view of Mount Fuji. Quiet location outside of town. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. More free amenities than most hotels, like free coffee all day. Would highly recommend to stay here

The hotel was stunning, with incredible views, a beautiful onsen, and very helpful staff. We had an outstanding time, truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and loved the location with great views of Mt. Fuji.

Breakfast is great. Lots of variety and very good. Dinner is good - interesting. Rooms are a bit quirky by US standards, but nice and clean. Great views. Good staff.
