A great size room for Manhattan with friendly staff and a convenient location. A good bar right next door for sports watching or a quick meal.

Room was clean, the view was good and staffs were helpful. However, the room was super small and packed

My family and I visited from out of state, when arriving at 1pm we were advised our room was not ready, or no problem check in is at 4pm. Around 3pm, I got back to see if the room is ready; the room was still not ready. Ok I’ll just wait until 4 and hopefully the room is ready. Well here we are at 4:05pm and my Executive Suite is still NOT READY!!??!! We were advised that they would check with housekeeping to see what the hold up was because they didn’t want to change my room???!!! The agent goes and speaks to her manager, she comes back and states the room is still not ready, but they will give me a temporary room to freshen up and relax until our room was ready. As soon as we get to the room, get clothes out to freshen up.. Knock knock.. your room is ready. Now we pack up and go to another room. We get to the new room, they only gave 2 towels and wash rags we are a family of 3!!?? Waited 45 mins to get more. Had to go get them myself. A/C went out had to get engineers to come look at it 3 times. They mentioned I would get the $100 destination fee (which they wanted me to pay $200 and my reservation said $91.72??!)back yesterday, then they said I would get it at check out. I am still awaiting the refund, Hmmmm…… Overall enjoyed my stay in the city.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. When we checked in, the front desk staff member wasn’t particularly friendly—it almost felt like I had done something to annoy her. However, every other staff member we encountered afterward was pleasant and helpful. The room was fairly spacious and appeared to be clean overall. The only major downside was the hair dryer. It barely blew any warm air, mostly just cold air, so it would probably take hours for someone with long hair to dry it. On top of that, the hair dryer was covered in dust, which was quite disappointing.

Amazing hotel to stay. Room is very clean. Staff is amazing and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. Would definitely stay again.
