Fantàstic
We had a wonderful stay at Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain Paris. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The spa was lovely and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The whole hotel had a laid-back atmosphere, which made our stay feel comfortable and stress-free. Breakfast was very good, with a great selection of options to choose from, and the coffee was particularly nice. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities, and a relaxed vibe. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Fantàstic
Fantastic hotel and really well located for getting around Paris and to and from Orly airport (Saint Lazarre station is a short walk).Staff very helpful and friendly and pool / spa area a bonus! Will stay here again when visiting Paris.

The property was lovely and modern, the room was well laid out and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind. The only slightly disappointing thing was that the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the hallway and rooms next door

The room was very small but modern. Unfortunately due to flight cancellations we got in 8 hours late at 1:30 am, so only had a night person at desk who was likely less bilingual with English. The small restaurant seemed nice and due to late arrival we didn’t have opportunity to see amenities nor did host offer.

A/C didn't work the entire time we were there so was not pleasant. The pool was nice, but the steam room was under construction. The room was very small, which of course is expected for Paris, but just be aware.

We had a delightful room with a balcony. Good showers are important to me, and the shower size and strength were excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious. It is well worth including breakfast when you book. There is a pool and sauna in the basement, too. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Gare St. Lazare, and you can get everywhere easily with public transportation. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
