Good locations and breakfast was good. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Room is clean and cosy. Would recommend.

Room was very clean. All staff was very good and helpful. Particularly Sera and Sonia help us above average. They also guide us about different type of transportation from their experience, such that we can travelling Florence comfortably. Breakfast quality was also very good. Three of us were very satisfied with quality of breakfast. Air conditioning was working nice. But they have no heating system.

Breakfast was excellent, AC worked great keeping the room cool for sleeping, great location, walkable to everything, we had ground floor near the entrance rooms, which was very convenient. Don’t let the location near the train station and busy neighbourhood fool you, it was walkable from the train station and to all of the city.

the only drawback was on the ground floor the window overlooking the street was not unlockable There was easily adjustable air-coditioning however this limitation may only refer to ground floor room Everything else was fine . The bed was comfortable The breakfast gave a good choice and free tea or coffeee available anytime

Estada individual

Very close to the station and easy to walk to the centre of Florence. The room felt modern and newly furnished and was ideal for a few nights. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave luggage before checking in and took in up to my room before I returned. Would definitely return if visiting Florence again

Fantàstic

The staff was really helpful and nice with my family!! Also they offer us an early breakfast because we had to left the property earlier than the breakfast time and personally i feel so grateful for them doing that for us!!!!
