The breakfast is soooo limited, they don’t give enough information about anything, the building doesn’t have elevator, the room and bathroom has a good size. The area is quiet

The property was undergoing major remodeling, the room I was given was dirty, people were making noise very early in the morning :(

Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site.
Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center.

Did not like the very small shower, the AC didn’t work, the ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, I liked the staff, the location was good

Per sota de la mitjana Staff were not friendly, the reservation was with breakfast but they said you can get coffee and tea only. Also the reservation was included air-conditioning room but they said you have to pay 6€/night to turn the air-condition on.
Over all the worest two nights in my life.

Don’t stay here if you value your sanity. You can hear everything happening in the halls at all hours of the day. The bathroom is so small you can barely move. The front desk is rude and unhelpful and refuses to let you check in even a minute early. There is no elevator but there are tons of stairs and no one to assist you. It is not near any Milan attractions so expect to use the metro every day. You have to pay extra for air conditioning which is a scam because they know it is hot and travellers need it otherwise you’ll cook in their terribly ventilated rooms. Feels like a jail cell.

Hotel has nothing to offer. Location although not horrendous is not appealing. And the rooms were horrible with no comfort.
