We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast in the morning with the sun rising was special. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Using the rear lift was helpful when walking into town.

Staff were awesome .. efficient and always available.. friendly and respectful.. Room was up graded which was awesome , Was clean and quiet … Loved the 4 pm chocolate hour and the happy hour banter in the bar/ restaurant area .. The view from the bay windows in the restaurant were awesome whilst having a very hearty breakfast filled with variety not to mention the dinner menu.. ( I recommend the duck ) yum

Staff were the highlight of stay, very friendly. Bar staff even happy to change 1 of the alcohol in a cocktail in happy hour, Cleaning need improvement so much dust even on the coffee machine looks like it haven't been cleaned when we checked in, in awhile. Breakfast was standard hotel food. Walk into town ok but uphill going back took about 20 min to walk to water front. Rooms big in size however 100% NOT sound proof at all, glass door for bathroom and shower hmmm and no handle, Just finger hole?. If you looking for close to town not ideal Oh and chocolate hour not anything to write home about.

Stayed here with my 8 year old daughter for her birthday and it was fantastic! Staff are very friendly, room was lovely, food was great. The chocolate hour was a big hit and one of the best buffet breakfasts Iv ever had. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!

The special touches make all the difference: the wee treats in reception, the chocolate hour and great cocktails. The staff were also wonderful!
